(Rural Housing Scheme Application Form)
The Rural Housing Scheme provides permanent housing to poor and homeless rural families through government initiatives like Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G) and Ramai Awas Yojana.

🟩 Eligibility (पात्रता निकष)
- Resident of a rural area
- No existing pucca house
- Priority to BPL families
- Name must appear in SECC or PMAY list
🟩 Required Documents (आवश्यक कागदपत्रे)
- Aadhaar Card
- 7/12 Extract or Property Proof
- BPL Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Passport Photo
- Bank Passbook
🟩 Application Process (अर्ज प्रक्रिया)
- Collect form from Grampanchayat / Panchayat Samiti office
- Fill required details and attach documents
- Submit to Gramsevak / Block Office
- Verification by officials
- Funds credited directly to beneficiary’s bank account
